FreeTEM trade show giveaway

Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase, appointment, expense review, or agreement to receive marketing messages will not improve your chances of winning.

These rules apply to FreeTEM giveaways offered at participating trade shows. The giveaway prize will be disclosed at the show. Each show has its own entry period and drawing; entries do not carry over between shows.

The giveaway is sponsored and administered by FreeTEM. For entry assistance, prize details, or questions about these rules, contact Advisors@freetem.net or 954-373-3836. The trade show organizer and venue do not sponsor or administer this giveaway.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. FreeTEM employees and anyone involved in administering the drawing, along with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. You do not need to be a FreeTEM customer or attend a sales meeting.

The entry opening date, closing date and time, and drawing details for each giveaway are disclosed at the participating show. Times are Eastern Time (America/New_York), including daylight saving time when applicable. Entries must be received before the announced deadline. FreeTEM's entry system determines the time of receipt.

Visit freetem.net/showform, choose the giveaway, enter the booth code provided by FreeTEM, and submit the required contact information. Confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these Official Rules. Your entry is complete when the form confirms it has been saved. You do not need to verify your phone by text, agree to SMS, request an advisor, or book a meeting to enter.

To enter without visiting the booth, buying show admission, or receiving texts, email Advisors@freetem.net with the subject “FreeTEM Giveaway Entry.” Include the show name, your full name, company (if applicable), an email address or phone number where you can be reached, and a statement that you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules. Your email must be received during that giveaway's announced entry period and before its deadline. FreeTEM will record eligible alternate entries for the same drawing; no marketing consent is required. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.

Limit one entry per person per show, regardless of entry method. Multiple submissions or use of different contact details do not create additional eligible entries. Provide accurate information that lets FreeTEM contact you if selected. Automated, fraudulent, or ineligible entries are not permitted. Declining texts or sales follow-up does not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

The giveaway prize will be disclosed at the show. The prize, approximate retail value, and number of prizes for that show will be provided at the FreeTEM booth before entry. Prizes may differ between shows. Gift cards, when offered, are subject to the issuer's terms. No purchase, fee, or expense review is required to claim a prize. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

After the announced entry deadline, FreeTEM will select the winner or winners at random from all eligible entries received for that show. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and prizes available. A person may win no more than one prize in the same show giveaway. Being present at the drawing is not required.

FreeTEM will contact each potential winner using the email address or phone number provided with the entry within seven calendar days after the drawing. Winners who declined SMS can be contacted by email or a phone call. A potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notice and confirm eligibility and delivery details. If the person is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be reached, or does not respond in that period, FreeTEM may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. FreeTEM will arrange delivery directly with the confirmed winner. We will never require payment to release a prize.

SMS consent is optional, separate from entry, and is not a condition of entry or purchase. If you opt in, FreeTEM may send a giveaway confirmation and an invitation to request a complimentary business expense review. Reply YES to request contact from a FreeTEM advisor; we will acknowledge that request and record it for follow-up. Replying YES does not create another giveaway entry or improve your odds. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your responses; delivery is subject to carrier availability. You may also contact Advisors@freetem.net for help. Opting out does not remove your giveaway entry.

FreeTEM uses entry information to administer the giveaway, confirm eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes. Optional advisor requests and marketing permissions are handled separately. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Requesting a review or accepting a prize does not require a purchase or permission to use your name or image in advertising.

FreeTEM may verify eligibility and remove entries that violate these rules. If a technical issue prevents online entry, use the free email entry method before the deadline. If an event outside FreeTEM's reasonable control materially affects the integrity of the giveaway, FreeTEM will announce any necessary change and preserve fair treatment of eligible entries. Any required change is subject to applicable law; offered prizes will not be withheld because a winner declines sales contact.

For the winner's first name and last initial after a drawing is complete, email Advisors@freetem.net with the show name and “Giveaway Winner Request.” Please allow time for eligibility confirmation and prize acceptance.
